At least once a year the Rabbit Roundup has been an event for the 'dirt hawkers' to get together along with any other falconers that want to come out. This is an open to the public event where falconers go out with groups to hunt rabbits. Other falconers may go out to hunt other game as well. It is a great opportunity to come and get advice about your bird, learn more what falconry is about and to socialize.

For apprentices this is a great opportunity to learn more about hunting with your bird as well as how to process game.
